Wordcamp NZ this weekend

I am heading to Wordcamp NZ this weekend here in Wellington and am really looking forward to it.
My goals are to pick up some technical skills for using e-commerce plug-ins on Wordpress sites, learn more about theme design and also tips for creating communities with Wordpress. Have also always really wanted to master BuddyPress, “a bundled collection of plugins and themes for creating a social network service around an installation of the popular Open Source blog engine WordPress MU” (via Wikipedia).
Matt Mullenweg, a founding developer of Wordpress, is the keynote speaker at Wordcamp NZ and will be great to hear some of his insights and outlook for what next for Wordpress. Great post from Matt here on his blog on How to kill your community..
Most importantly Wordcamp will be a great opportunity to meet and get to know some like-minded people from NZ and further abroad who are obviously sharp, as they are taking their weekend out to come to Wordcamp in Wellington!
Congrats to Jase, Dan, Anthony and all others involved for all your hard work!
